Stamps .  I use Pages on my Mac with my digi stamps.  I imported both images to Pages on a card sized 4.5" x 5.5"....

Hello everyone!  I know that Easter is right around the corner and, as usual, I am late in getting my ideas out of my head.  But today I have a super fun and quick card for you that I hope you love.  And a short blog post.   If you wish to make this card too, here are the supplies I used: Bunny Butts stencil from A Colorful Life Designs Innocent Pink , Sea Glass , and Lemon Drop inks from Gina K Designs Mini Blending Brushes from Gina K Designs Easter Wishes Mega Collection from Snap Click Supply - this is the digital version of the Easter Wishes paper collection from Echo Park.   I started by making a top-folding A2 card base out of white cardstock to which I adhered one of the papers from the Easter Wishes Collection from Echo Park.   Then I printed one of the solid colors from the same paper collection, cut a piece to 3.5"x 5"and adhered it to the center of the card front. Believe it or not but I did not have a "Happy Easter" stamp....

Hello crafty friends and innocent bystanders!!  I apologize for not having this blog post ready for when I promised but we got so busy here that I just could not find time to write this up.   Without further ado (LOL) - Welcome to Part 2 of "Quick and Easy Easter Cards" using stamps from Anthony's Paper Craft.  The other day I showed the first four cards with simple step by step directions.  If you missed that post you can check it out { HERE }.  Today I am giving easy tutorials for Cards 5 thru 8.  Hope you like them! I hope everyone is doing well and avoiding as much of the Spring nor'easters and snow as possible.   I've been really busy lately making mini albums, writing up tutorials for classes, and Ruy and I were involved in a few photography related projects.  And, at night I've been busy making some quick and easy Easter cards using stamps from Anthony's Paper Craft .   I used these two sets to make these cards -  Easter Set 1 Easter Set 2 Below are some quick instructions for the top row of cards (Cards 1 thru 4) if you want to use these as inspiration or to remake them yourself.   Card 1 I cut a piece of plaid Easter paper as my base.  Then I cut a piece of solid cardstock and a piece of white cardstock using the largest dies from the Nested Stitched Scallop Rectangle Set and the Rectangle Frame Set (both by Cottage Cutz ).  I stamped "Happy Easter" on the...

Hello everyone!  TGIF!!  I hope you guys had an awesome week.  I am looking forward to the weekend.  Last Sunday we fell back 1 hour so now it gets darker earlier.  And the neighbor next door has a new puppy that loves to start barking at 5am.  To say that I  am not a happy camper would be an understatement!!  At least making art keeps me sane!  LOL I take part in a card swapping group on Facebook and one of the cards I need to make this month is an Easter card.  I came up with this super easy card.   I started with a piece of white cardstock that I die cut using a stitched rectangle die.  Next, I randomly stamped the eggs from Easter Set 2 (Anthony's Paper Craft) with Memento Tuxedo Black ink.   Then I colored in the eggs using only pastel colored BIC markers (Margarita Green, Pink Flamingo, Peach Parfait, Polynesian Purple, Lime Sorbet, Oceanview Blue, Petal Pink, Turquoise Teal and Yello...

Hello everyone!  I hope everyone had an awesome weekend.  On Saturday we had a table at a friend's "crop".  It was an Easter themed class and was a lot of fun.  The rest of the weekend was just getting all those little things done!   I have also been really busy pumping out some 4" cards for Easter and wanted to share a few with you guys this week. These are super easy and super fast to make and are the perfect size to add to an Easter basket or, if you are heading to Easter lunch or dinner, the perfect size to slip into that small gift or plate of food you are bringing.  And, with a 12" x 12" piece of cardstock, you can make 3 - 4 cards.  I started by cutting two pieces of white cardstock, 4" x 8", and scoring them in half.  This gives me my 4" square card base.  Then, using Stitched Square Layers (Memory Box) , I cut two pieces of cardstock - one in pink and one in blue, which I then adhered to the card front.   Th...

Hello everyone!  I hope everyone had a great weekend!  A few weeks ago I was chosen as Top Pick on the Retro Rubber Challenge Blog and they asked me to be their "guest designer" today. Hello everyone.  Well I finally got over my cold but now I am just trying to take care of a lot of small stuff around the store.  We had poor Latte fixed two days ago and he has been such a trooper.  The cone comes off when he is around me so that I can make sure he is not licking.  I think, out of all the dogs, he is my fav.  I love his eyes!   Today I am coming at you with an Easter card I made for the Retro Rubber Challenge No. 34 - Hopping Down The Bunny Trail , which means using an Easter theme - eggs, bunnies, or candy....on your card.
