Pride 2026 Week 3 Card | Happy Happy Happy Pride | Stamp Anniething Stamps
Hello everyone, and welcome to my 3rd card celebrating Pride Month 2026. Today I am using a "HAPPY" stencil that I got from Heffy Doodle before they closed. I think this is my most-used stencil in my collection because it's perfect for so many holidays and themes. Today I am using it for a Happy Pride card.
I used Distress Inks from Ranger/Tim Holtz to make the rainbow - Festive Berries for red, Squeezed Lemonade for yellow, Mowed Lawn for green, Salty Ocean for blue, and Chipped Sapphire for purple. I skipped orange and indigo as there was no room, and they were too close in color to red and purple.
- I cut a 6" x 6" piece of watercolor paper and secured it to a piece of printing paper using washi tape.
- I secured the Happy stencil on top using washi tape.
- Using the washi tape, I blocked off the 3rd and 4th row of the stencil to make sure the ink doesn't travel.
- Using a blending brush, I added the Festive Berries to the first two rows of the stencil.
- I continued doing the same thing, removing the washi and blocking off the layers above and below where I needed the next color, blending the 5 other colors - Squeezed Lemonade, Mowed Lawn, Salty Ocean, and Chipped Sapphire - until all the lines were blended in.
- I made a top-folding 6" x 6" card using white cardstock.
- I printed the rainbow-striped paper from The Fierce Collection by Traci Reed Designs and adhered it to the card front.
- I trimmed 1/8" around the card, layered it on a piece of red fun foam, and then adhered it to the card front.
- Using an alphabet die set in my stash, I die-cut the letters P-R-I-D-E from white glittered fun foam, adhered them to a piece of purple glittered fun foam, and then to the card front.
- I stamped 3 of the images from the Chosen Family, Chosen Love stamp set from Stamp Anniething. Then I colored them using 6 Tri-Blend markers from Spectrum Noir (Dark Red Blend, Orange Blend, Citrus Blend, Light Green Blend, True Blue Blend, Lavender Blend, and Purple Blend). Then I fussy-cut the images.
- To finish off the card, I adhered the images to the card front using foam squares to raise them up, and I cut a 3/4" piece of the rainbow-striped paper and adhered it to the inside of the card. This way the paper brings the front of the card to the inside.
