The Crafty Elves Countdown to Christmas | November 2025 Edition | Sending Winter Wishes
Hello everyone, and welcome to the November 2025 Edition of the Crafty Elves Countdown to Christmas with Deb and Lisa - otherwise known as The Crafty Elves. On the 25th of each month, we (the Crafty Elves) post one or more holiday cards in hopes that we inspire you to start making your own. This way, come December, we have cards ready to mail or to give to people during the holidays.
For this month's card, I used a wood-mounted rubber stamp from The Artful Stamper that has been in my stash for a long time. This is one of those stamps that I just cannot give up using. Although this company went out of business several years ago, I bet you have a stamp in your stash that you can use in place of the one I used.
To make this card idea:
- I made a top-folding A2 card using white cardstock.
- I cut a piece of white cardstock, embossed it with an embossing folder, adhered it to the card front, and then used the Stub/Scallop Corner Stomper to cut the 4 corners.
- I cut a piece of red cardstock, 3 7/8" x 5", cut the 4 corners using the Stub/Scallop Corner Stomper, and adhered it to the card front.
- I stamped the rubber stamp on a piece of white cardstock, 3 3/8" x 4 3/8", cut the 4 corners using the Stub/Scallop Corner Stomper, colored the bird and ornament, adhered a piece of fun foam to the back, and then to the card front.
- I adhered small crystals to the snowflakes and ornament.
- Lastly, I adhered a sentiment to the card front.
I hope you have enjoyed this simple Christmas card idea. Don't forget to visit the other Crafty Elves and see what they made. All our social media links are below.
