Hello everyone.  I made these "retirement cards" for the 2025 Fall | Winter Coffee Lovers Blog Hop, which runs through November 14th (tomorrow).  There are 35 Super Sponsors with lots of prizes to be won.

I made one of these cards for someone who is retiring and loves coffee.  Even if they don't love coffee, the images are perfect for a retirement card.  I used the Before Coffee Crew Funny Men Clip Art and the Before Coffee Crew Funny Women Clip Art - both from KCS Designs by Kim on Etsy.  

KCS is a Super Sponsor of the hop.  All of her coffee kits are 40% off through the hop, and one of the prizes is a $20 gift card to her Etsy store.

For each of the cards:

  • I imported one of the images from the Before Coffee Crew Funny Ladies Clip Art into Pages, my graphics program, and sized it to fit a 4" x 5.25" card.   
  • I set up a text box next to the image and added my sentiment.  I played around with a few different fonts until I found one I liked.  
  • I printed it on white cardstock, die-cut it using a 4" x 5.25" stitched rectangle die, adhered a piece of fun foam to the back, and then adhered it to the my card front.  
  • Lastly, I added some enamel dots to the card front.  
  • Then I did the same thing again, using one of the images from the Before Coffee Crew Funny Men Clip Art.

  Hello everyone!  It's the 15th of the month and that means that there is a new "Anything Goes" card challenge over on the  QKR Stampede Challenge Blog .   Since Easter is fast approaching I decided to make an Easter card and fell in love with the Happy Easter with Bouquet Digital Stamp .  I knew this would make a beautiful slimline Easter card.   I printed the Happy Easter with Bouquet digital stamp - twice - on a sheet of white cardstock and colored one of them using some GRAF Duo alcohol markers and the Key Lime ultra fine-tip maker from BIC.    Next, I die-cut it using the smaller stitched slimline die from the Slim Stitched Rectangle Die Set from Pink Fresh Studio. Introducing Bella Bulb - A Member Of Craft Hoarder's Anonymous

When I was first approached to be part of the StencilGirl/Craft Hoarders Anonymous Challenge blog hop, I just laughed out loud!  Me?  A craft hoarder?  Duh!  Not only have I been hoarding craft supplies for over 20 years but when I moved here to Brasil from New York City, I took it all with me.  And then I started to hoard Brasilian craft supplies. Okay, I admit it - I AM A CRAFT HOARDER!     For this blog hop, the artists had only two rules - use StencilGirl stencils and then to dig through our craft hoard and use whatever we wanted to use.  I grabbed stencils (duh) sprays, pastes, paints, makeup sponges, lots and lots of BLING, you name it.  Heck, I even grabbed my bag of keyboard letters and some fake eyelashes that were in the hoard.  Told ya, I am a craft hoarder.
