Say Cheese Camera Birthday Card | Angie Blom Paper | Photographer Card
I was asked to make this card for someone in town, and I am sharing how I made it since everything I used is digital, and easy to get if you want to remake this idea. The person who wants this card is giving it to a female photographer. She asked for the card to have a camera on the front, maybe some flowers, and, if possible, could I incorporate the phrase "Say Cheese" somewhere on the card.
Can I make it? SURE! Easy-peasy! Links to everything I used are at the end of this post.
- For the paper, I printed out the paper that says "Say Cheese" all over it from the Say Cheese Digital Paper collection by Angie Blom Digital Designs. Then I die-cut a piece of it using a 4.25" x 5.5" stitched rectangle die from Pink and Main, and adhered it to the front of the black card base.
- For the camera with the flowers, I printed two of the cameras with flowers (link below), and colored them with Touch alcohol markers. One, I die-cut using a 3.25" x 4.5" stitched rectangle die that I layered on black cardstock, and the other, I fussy-cut the flowers.
- I adhered a piece of black fun foam to the back and then adhered it to the center of the card.
- I added some foam dots to the back of the fussy-cut flowers and adhered them to the card front.
- I also added orange, yellow, and green stickles to the flowers and leaves to give some shimmer.
For the inside of the card:
- I die-cut and adhered a piece of white cardstock using a 4" x 5.25" stitched rectangle die.
- I made the Feliz Aniversario sentiment, Happy Birthday in Portuguese, on the computer. Then I printed it, layered it on a piece of black cardstock that I die-cut with a stitched banner die, and adhered it to the inside.
Here is the final card - front and inside.
Done. This would be a great card for a birthday, anniversary, even a congratulations card. I hope you have liked this idea. Until next time...
Hugs from Brasil.
~Michael
