Equality For All Instagram Hop | Love is Love Card | Paper House Productions

Hello everyone. I'm excited to announce that today, on Instagram, the 2025 Equality For All Maker's Instagram Hop begins! 17 makers, including me, have come together to help celebrate Pride Month with a hop full of color, creativity, and community! This collaboration was created to honor the LGBTQ+ community and promote kindness, love, and equality through handmade art.

We also have some amazing prizes up for grabs donated by our amazing sponsors - Brutus Monroe, Stamp Me Some Love, Stamp Anniething, Scrappy Boy Stamps, Pixi Dust Designs, The Rabbit Hole, Hand Crafted By Gaz, and Paper House Productions.

Do you want a chance to win a great prize? All you have to do is "Hop" along with us. Start HERE on my Instagram page! Then head over to each of the makers’ pages listed in my post, leave a comment, follow each maker, and use the hashtag #EqualityForAllMakersHop in your comments to show your support for the amazing creators participating. The hop starts on Friday, May 2, 2025, at 7pm EST and runs through Sunday, May 4th. The hop is open to U.S. and International residents.

Because many people are not on Instagram, I also wanted to share the card I made here with a simple step-by-step. I wanted to use glittered fun foam, and it needed to be as close to the colors of the rainbow as possible.   Fun foam is HUGE here in Brasil and comes plain, glittered, textured, with patterns, and the list goes on.  If you don't have glittered fun foam where you live, maybe you can use glittered cardstock or just plain cardstock in the colors of the rainbow.

I went through my stash of glittered fun foam and pulled scraps of what I thought would be closest in color.  I nailed it.  Right?

I made a top-folding 5" square card to which I adhered a piece of purple cardstock.  Then I printed a digital alcohol ink (ish) paper, trimmed it to 4.75" square, adhered a piece of fun foam to the back, and then I adhered that to my card front.

To cut my circles, I used a set of stitched circle dies.  The largest die measures 4", but you can use whatever you have on hand.  Squares would look great too.  I started at the top of the rainbow, with the color red, and worked my way down to violet.

I secured the largest two dies to the red fun foam and die-cut it them.  I also die-cut a piece of black cardstock using the largest die to which I adhered the red circle.

I secured the 2nd and 3rd largest dies to the orange fun foam, die-cut it, and adhered it to the black cardstock - beginning my rainbow of colors.

I continued to do this with the other dies and the other colors until my black circle was completed covered.

For the last layer, the center piece, I cut the violet fun foam using the whole die and adhered it to the center.   Then I adhered the whole thing to the center of my card front.

To finish the card, I adhered some rainbow heart stickers and a Love is Love heart sticker to the card.  These all come from the 3D Let Love Shine Sticker Pack from Paper House Productions.

I hope you love this card as much as I do.  If you are not on Instagram but still want to support and show love to the those Makers taking part in the Hop, their social media information is all listed below and I hope you will go check them all out.

Thanks so much for stopping by my blog today.  I hope I see you over on Instagram too.  Until next time...

Hugs from Brasil.

~Michael
