Yes, It Is A Holiday - National Crayon Day

Hello everyone!!  So, a few months ago I started a new card series with two of my friends - Debra and Lori.  It's called "Yes It is A Holiday" or "Yes, It's A Holiday" (depending on which grammar friend you ask) and we each pick a fun, odd, or interesting holiday each month and then we make a fun card to celebrate.  Just t o release some fun and creativity into the world.   Today is National Crayon Day.  Did you know that over 12 million crayons are made each day?  I did't.  There is so much to learn about today's holiday and the history of crayons.  Too much to write here so check out the link below if you are interested.    https://nationaltoday.com/national-crayon-day/ To celebrate, I made this square card using some digital crayon images I found on Etsy.  You can find them HERE, if interested.  Then I used Pages to set the different colored crayons in a circle and layered it on different colored cardstock.  Then I...

  Hello everyone and welcome to the March  2022 edition of The Crafty Elves' Countdown to Christmas.   Debra of  Meticulosity , Lisa of  Life of a BZScrapper , and I have been busy again all month making new ideas to share with you.  Links to their projects and social media pages are at the end of this post. Sorry for being MIA last month.  I just needed a break and was in the middle of working on a big wedding mini album.     But, while on my little break, I was able to buy some Christmas stamps and dies on a Brasilian destash group and that is what I used for this month's cards.     Now, on to my cards!
