Week 2 | Coffee Loving Papercrafters Guest Designer | Coffee and Donuts

Image
Hello, everyone! It's Michael.  Again.  I am thrilled to be back for Week 2 as Guest Designer for the Coffee Loving Papercrafters Blog .  This week, I made a  slimline birthday card using the Coffee Donut Row   digital image from Stamplorations .   I've loved the digital images from Stamplorations for many years after seeing them used in one of the Coffee Lovers Blog Hops.  The owner, Shery, had to shut down the store in 2022 to deal with a cancer diagnosis, but a few weeks back, I saw a post letting everyone know that she had beaten the cancer and had reopened the store.  Awesome news on both fronts.     A full step-by-step with photos and links can be found HERE on the  Coffee Loving Papercrafters Blog .  And, if you love coffee-themed papercrafts, make sure to check out and follow the  Coffee Loving Papercrafters Facebook Page  and the  Coffee Loving Papercrafters Instagram Page ....

Week 1 | Coffee Loving Papercrafters Guest Designer | Angie Blom Digital Designs

Hello everyone.  I'm thrilled to announce that I am the Guest Designer on the Coffee Loving Papercrafters Blog  each Friday in the month of February, 2026.  Each week, I will be posting a coffee-themed card/project with a full step-by-step, photos, and links.  Today is my first post, the two cards below.   I made these with  Valentine's Day in mind using a digital kit from  Angie Blom Digital Designs  called  Treats Background .   I created one card using a variety of colors, and the other card is  in red and pink.  Either card would be perfect for that coffee-loving friend/partner in your life, and it would be even better to add a gift card to their favorite cafe or coffee house.  Hence, the sentiment on the card fronts. A full step-by-step with photos and links can be found HERE on the Coffee Loving Papercrafters Blog .  And, if you love coffee-themed papercrafts, make sure to check out and foll...

He Made It / She Made It Collab | Valentine's Day Cards | KCS Designs by Kim DT Projects

Image
Hello everyone!  Debra and I were talking the other day, and we realized it's been forever since we did one of our  "He Made It / She Made It" collaborations.    For today's collab, we both made Valentine's Day cards using printables from KCS Designs by Kim , as we are both on Kim's Design Team.  The requirements are that we each have to make a card using any of Kim's printables, but we both have to incorporate the Word Snippets: Valentine's Day Collection  on our cards.   Both of my cards use  Whimsical Hearts IV  and  Word Snippets - Valentine's Day .  I love the colors and designs in this heart set.  But, there are 3 sets of Whimsical Hearts for you to pick from - Whimsical Hearts 1 ,  Whimsical Hearts 2 , or  Whimsical Hearts 3 .   If you like anything I used, KCS Designs by Kim is having a Hump Day sale in her Etsy store, and everything is 40% off! Card Idea No. 1 This card has a ...

Caffeinated Christmas Card Challenge Blog Guest Designer | Hero Arts

Image
Hello everyone, and welcome to February.  I hope everyone is staying warm and doing well.  I'm thrilled to start this month off as a Guest Designer for the February Caffeinated Christmas Card Challenge on the Coffee Loving Papercrafters Blog .  The focus this month was to make a coffee-themed Christmas card using products from Hero Arts .  As much as I love this company, since moving to Brasil 15 years ago, I have not really bought anything new for a long time due to shipping costs, import taxes, and now tariffs.  So I dug into my stash and found two wood-mounted stamps that will work - Envelope Pattern S5507 , circa 2011,  Cup of Coffee K5332 , circa 2010, and Sparkle Clear: Holiday Messages CL244 , circa 2008. This is the card I created for this month's challenge. This is how I created my card, in case you want to make one like it.   I made a top-folding A2 card base using red cardstock. I die-cut a piece of white cardstock using a 4...
